Such lovely customer service! I call in a few times a week and the girls here are always so happy & friendly, taking time to learn locals names and even my hard to impress toddler loves them (which is quite a feat!🤣). The food is delish too. Keep being awesome guys!

Just popped in for a lunch snack -it was my first time visiting QCafe (my wife has been a few times before -she loves the coffee and muffins!). I was very impressed. Great atmosphere -clean, breezy and comfortable with a lovely décor. I just had the chicken panini which was delicious and the mango & coconut smoothie -to die for! Friendly and energetic staff. I’ll definitely be back!!!

Fab experience. Thanks guys. Coffee was outstanding....again!!!. Nice to see on every visit distinctive menu changes and yes, everthing fresh as always. Certainly nothing boring here, something new in the decor or in the food display or a new counter arrangement etc. Staff very friendly, helpfull and accomodating when something very specific regarding food requirements was requested. Nice spot away from the hussle and bussle of a busy town centre. Highly recommended. Will return any time !!!

Stumbled upon this cafe one afternoon, it looked inviting from outside bathed in sun, with parking outfront and a lovely waterfall. When I entered the cafe I was suprised to see how big and spacious it was with a range of seating for groups, couples, open area seating, cosy quiet seating spaces, outdoor seating all sunny, light and airy. When I went up to the counter I noticed small sweet scrolls for $3 that looked great for a little treat with your cup of tea, lovely rosemary sausage rolls, selection of panini and other savory and sweet foods. Order a tea and sausage roll and it came out in quick time and nice and hot. There was also more substantial food available. A handy water fountain in the corner too. The staff were friendly welcoming. The bathrooms are mobility friendly and I noticed a boardroom down the corridor which I thought might be a handy meeting room. Located just of the main Highway with parking, so the cafe would be handy for business meetings.

Great new local Papamoa coffee shop in the Q building, right off the roundabout! Great location in this fast-growing new neighborhood. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because their hours are limited, but I’m sure they’re just testing business viability in this up-and-coming area. It’s really the only place around for a morning or early afternoon caffeine fix, so I can only see the place growing in popularity as more people fill the neighborhood and hear about it! Beautiful sunlight vibes and outdoor water display in a modern feel. Pretty standard cafe offerings of coffee and small snackables. Great Ozone coffee and plenty of space to sit and read - inside or out! Also, there’s a little park across the street if you’d like a bit more solitude.

I was looking forward to having a local cafe open in our area however was extremely disappointed . To have beautiful features on site however let down by lack of effort and atmosphere was so disappointing . I have now been 3 times, coffee prices are inconsistent, food did not taste fresh and young staff were not welcoming too busy chatting to each other! The hours of 8.00am-2pm seem ridiculous when you can’t have an afternoon tea there. I really hope it improves immensely otherwise a short drive instead of a walk will be warranted ....

What can I say about this cafe!?! All round brilliant service and great coffee, as someone who is visiting from Auckland I thought this cafe was a fresh face for the papamoa region. I will definitely be revisiting this cafe in the future.

Q Cafe, what can I say. Actually a breath of fresh air in Papamoa!! And, perfect positioning (since the next closest cafe is Bayfair or the Pap Plaza). It's like an Oasis right there. It's early days, but you can see that a huge amount of effort has gone in to the thought of the cafe (along with management taking into account customer requests). Lovey staff, lovely food, great coffee. Love the water features, beautiful building all round. Keep up the good work guys.

My wife and I decided to try your new cafe this morning and support the local businesses where possible. I must say how disappointed we were, even though the cafe looks great the service and cost were unbelievable. We ordered a hot chocolate and a latte, the cost was $12.50, even cafes in Ponsonby don’t charge that much. My wife asked for a latte in a glass ($5.50)which is mentioned on your menu only to be told that you don’t do glasses and charged $6.00 for a normal coffee cup. The hot chocolate was $6.50 in what we were told is a large takeaway cup. The large size is a normal in every other cafe everywhere. When they arrived they were luke warm at best and definitely not $12.50 worth. I hope your business goes well in the future but I’m sorry we will not be back

Took my family for coffee and cake last Saturday as we live around the corner. 4 girls on, behind the counter. They took my order quickly. But it took a bit of time to get my order I nearly left. When it did arrive it was the wrong coffee. Remade coffee this time it was luke warm as it took two girls to bring it to me due to spilling all over the saucer on the way. Girls were very friendly and polite. I don't think the milk was hot enough. All our drinks were luke warm. Dissapointed. �

As a local we thought we would support this newly opened cafe. Such a disappointment. I was acknowledged when i entered and then was totally ignored by three staff. One was making coffee which is fare enough. ( she had said hello) One staff member busy sorting some cards into piles at the counter, She ignored me as did other staff member. I looked at food and then moved to the till and stood there. No service from any one. Was as if i wasn't even there in front of them. Walked out and went home to make my own expresso. First impressions count girls. Not sure if i will try again.

Dropped in with a friend to have lunch today, left it a little late, however, we still enjoyed the food that was left and coffee. Absolutely loved the decor, and little water fountains around the outside....very relaxing,...a lovely feel about the place..would be awesome to sit back and relax there with a lovely little Pinot Gris, but hey, they just opened it will come. Service great and nice to see smiles. We will be back, but earlier next time. Highly recommend Q Cafe..give them a go !!
